maintaining the schedule working as a Scheduling Engineer. Also closely work with Procurement department so that
they learn about the need for early buyouts.

Rail & Maintenance of Equipment (MoE):
The MoE Building is a facility which consists of approximately 72,000 square feet of maintenance shop area,
administration area and support and storage spaces for maintenance personnel. The shop area is broken into two
sections referred to as ‘high bay’ and ‘low bay’. Additionally, the facility includes approximately 20,000 square feet
for the placement of a new AC substation. I am in charge of maintaining the Schedule both the monthly update and
Recovery schedule.

with Architects and Owners (Particularly REVIT). Prepare all levels of budgeting starting Conceptual through CD.
